Please fill out the family information form so that we have the correct youth activity, parent email, phone number, etc. A primary parent or guardian is required to complete this form. *This only needs to be completed by ONE parent.

The agreement is available in the tab for you to review. Please complete the ‘Information’ tab so that a Watering Roots board member can send you the Watering Roots agreement to you for signatures. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via email— we’re happy to assist!

To sign up for events, we kindly ask that you use Band. It is important that ALL volunteers have a Band account and set it up correctly (please have “IFA- Primary Parents Name” in bio). Children under 18, please add “(Y)”.

Please note- you will not be accepted to join until an admin has spoken to you.
